Hungover in the Bedroom

If you’re an Aussie comic tragic, Justin Heazlewood, or known as The Bedroom Philosopher, has poked his head out of the studio to announce his new album “Songs from the 86 Tram“. The track Northcote (so hungover) is the first single from the album.

Between being a guest scrivener for The Scrivener’s Fancy and being John Safran’s body double for his Race Relations re-enactments, Heazlewood found time to sit down and write up a new album, as well as prepare a stage show for the Melbourne International Comedy Festival. So while you read the tour dates below, enjoy his 2005 hit – I’m So Post Modern. Or even visit his MySpace site.

Songs from the 86 Tram is out now on iTunes, while the physical CD release is due April 2 through Shock.

Stay tuned for a stage show and/or album review in the future.
