Hot heel Howard

Former Australian Prime Minister John Howard made a rare appearance on TV, turning up at the desk of ABCs Q&A, a show where the audience can ask questions to politicians, celebrities, and important people in the working world. With Tony Jones at helm, Howard was plugging away for his memoirs, putting up and dodging difficult and hard-hitting questions very cleverly.

However, the heat got to one audience member, when he was refused a follow-up with his question due to time limits. Howard was then inducted into the list that George W Bush was apart of – shoe throwing.

The audience member was then escorted swiftly, minus shoes.
